Hello, my name is Sandra Hendricks. I studied at the SOSA in Amsterdam, Human Resources Management. After this, I followed a specific education in coaching and a diversity of trainings concerning: organisational changemangement, behavioural change and development from people in general.
On this moment I am still studying, Organisational Psycology and hope to get my Degree within 2 years from now. The reason that I am still studying is because organisations and people are clashing to much in general, by having different visions of the future and their own well beiing. More development in this direction is a nescarry because there will be less people who have to do the job by demografic changements. How you’ll succeed as a company to keep the employees happy and developping their skills. It is a continue process. My working experience is mostly within the Human Resources segment like: coaching, management development, counseling, leadership development, training.
Also a lot of experience in Sustainable Development like: behaverioulchangemanagment concerning energy, water and more. Risk analyses of big procurrement processes in a sustainable way. Writing serveral strategy policies for lease cars, building processes of new real estate ect. This all for more than 10 years at ABNAMRO Bank NV in Amsterdam. Before that at diffrent other companies. Last year I started my own company: Move to Improve. My focus is Human Resources and Sustainable Development. This by a diversity of trainingmethods, coaching, interim- and projectmanagement.
Since 2007 I am working on building a Dutch network concerning the Global Marshall Plan activities. My vision on this network, is an organic way of growing by using capababilities of different people with different backgrounds. All connected by a shared goal, making a visualisation of GMP goals in several levels of the society and also within non-profit and profit organisations. By learning from and with each other. My professional interest is in personal development of people. This by making a connection of learning, working and facilitate this learningprocesses because is one of the most essential values we have in general. So that the learninggoals of the individual and a group of people (organisations) can be reached for a better world now and in the future.
